Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool for change. Whether you want to stop smoking or are interested things like past life regression, hypnotherapy is a versatile, effective, and safe tool to access your subconscious mind. It is particularly useful for places in life where we get stuck.

Have you been trying to lose weight for years? Are you wildly creative, but just can't get yourself to finish a project? Are you sick of being a clutter-bug?

Let's be clear, hypnotherapists are not like stage hypnotists. You don't lose control or become a puppet on a string or bark at the full moon (though, conceivably, you could if you wanted to). No, hypnotherapy is about safely and effectively accessing and influencing your subconscious mind, which is, after all 80+% of our brain.

In fact, neurological studies* have shown that the pre-frontal cortex (part of the conscious brain) is one of the last areas of the brain to know when a decision has been made. So, then it just becomes a matter of logic. Is 20% of your brain (and the last to know) going to be able to effectively and repeatedly stand up against the 80% that made the decision ten minutes, or ten years, ago? Sure, sometimes. But clearly, not all the time.

So why not get some help with that?
