"Life is either a daring adventure or nothing." ~ Helen Keller

Seems like a risky proposition, doesn't it? But I'm finding more and more that it's true. I've taken more risks this month than ever before in my entire life and I've never been happier or more assured of my own success. We're told it's foolish or impossible to expect and work for humongous things. But really, striving for the the truly massive things, for the things that almost swamp us before they become the best thing that ever happened to us, is not foolish! And success is far from impossible.

Holiday Stress. What's that?

co-founder

Ah yes, Thanksgiving is just a week(ish) away. And as anticipation of the holidays mounts, so do tight shoulders, headaches, and clenched jaws abound. I suppose that's just the universal response to the feeling of impending chaos. And I think that no matter how little or how much we "buy in," we can't help but be affected by what's happening around us.

Everyone wants to sail through gracefully, joyfully and feel fulfilled and happy at the end. And yet, despite those universal desires, most everyone just feels drained and glad the company's gone at the end of the year.

Ruminations About Practitioner Relationships

Patience has never been a strong suit with me. Thankfully, Fall has brought so many things to the table that I'm not spending any time drumming my fingers on the table, waiting for movement.

Whew! Lots going on on this end! As you can see, our modality categories have expanded so much, and that's just the beginning! We have so much rich content and programming on the way, it's going to truly be a fabulous experience to visit wellpdx.

Keep your eyes peeled for telephone classes, workshops, events, and gatherings. I am so looking forward to all of the fun and new ways we're going to be connecting practitioners and the public in very easeful, joyful ways.
